Annual General Meeting

Dear Parents, Associate members and Life members,

The Annual General Meeting of the Yarrambat Horse & Pony Club is to be held on:

Date: Tuesday, 1^st of April
Time: 7.30pm
Location: YHPC Clubrooms, Yan Yean Road, Yarrambat.

All members are welcome.

Please consider being involved. The club needs to have an active committee so that our children can enjoy their time with our club.

Attached is a list of positions and a nomination form. All positions are up for re-election.

Nominations need to be received by the Secretary on the form provided, signed by two supporting members of the Pony Club and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate by Friday the 28^th of March at 5pm.
