Cross Country Course Closed to all Horse Trial Competitors

To ensure the riding of the course is fair to all competitors and that it can be presented in the best possible condition – the cross country course will be closed to all riders and horses from midnight Friday the 18th October until midnight 27th November. This rule particularly applies to all people who are competing in the YHPC horse trials on the 16th and 17th of November.  Anyone who is competing and does not follow this guideline faces elimination from the event.  To any newer members, this also means that the rider cannot ride on the course at any time even on an alternative mount to the one they are planning to compete on.

These rules also mean that someone else cannot ride your horse on the course – important for people who share the one horse in a family.

If you have any questions at all about the course closure, please enquire further.
